About Us

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. With a solid network of branches nationally, we service a multitude of customers, including mining, construction, quarry and forestry with quality OEM equipment and after sales support.

The Opportunity

HCA is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the team in the position of Parts Manager. The position will see you focus on the management of our growing parts department across the South Australian region, coordinating the supply of quality parts to our much loved customer base whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure high level service delivery.

We are looking for a personable professional who holds a real passion for providing customer service from an operational standpoint. In this position, you will be providing a range of OEM level services related to parts in end to end customer query management. Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience & Skillset - Demonstrated leadership experience managing a parts or materials department
  • Industry Knowledge - A developed understanding of OEM level services - relevant tertiary / trade qualifications would be highly regarded
  • Financial Coordination - Proven financial acumen with a demonstrated capability managing profit and loss and capturing every sales opportunity
  • Communication Skills - Planning work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver customer success stories
