The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist with extraordinary customer service skills. As part of the National Customer Care team you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound customer orders, mainly via email, web portals and phone. This position is fundamental in providing excellent customer service while at the same time delivering great outcomes for the business by processing customer orders effectively and efficiently. In this role you will also:

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries including but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquires and much more
  • Enter all sales order information into our internal databases
  • Review customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to detail
  • Liaise with customers in relations to purchase orders
  • Provide sales quotes via email to any customers

About You

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to work under pressure and think two steps ahead. You will also have:

  • The ability to multitask and navigate between system and databases
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Experienced working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment high volume order processing or previous internal/counter sales experience.
