About the Opportunity

HCA's Brisbane branch based in Wacol, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of an Administration Assistant. Working in our Corporate Support branch, this role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the branch and will be best suited for someone who enjoys systematic attention to detailed work.

About You - To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience – Demonstrated experience in an all-rounder office support role. Previous work history working with similar construction and earthmoving equipment environments will be highly regarded
  • Qualifications – Certificate IV in Accounting or Certificate III in Accounts Administration would be advantageous for processing accounts payable.
  • Skillset – Advanced computer literacy including the use of Excel and Fleetwave Management System would be highly beneficial – previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics DMS will be a distinct advantage
  • Flexible productivity – Initiative to strategically multi-task and coordinate comprehensive office support efficiently and effectively.
